Weekly Wishlist: Pretty, Pretty Kitchenware

As you may have noticed by now, I love cooking, which means I spend a whole bunch of time in my kitchen! And ya'll, I have invested in some good cookware to make cooking time more enjoyable. Thing is, I've kind of neglected the softer side of the kitchen: cute plates, pretty flatware, lovely storage containers, all of that.

So this week, in a desire to pretty up my kitchen a bit, I'm longing for some real cute kitchenware.
This Tap is Terrific water bottle from ModCloth is too cute! I can occasionally be bad about remembering to drink water when I'm hanging out around the house. With a bottle this cute, I'd never forget!
In other storage news, how sweet is this Garden Trellis Tupperware Bowl from Anthropologie? Any lunch or snack would be even more of a joy to eat if it came in this cute container!
The print on this tablecloth from the Proctor Creations store on Etsy is just dreamy. This would make such a cute backdrop for some pretty, delicious treats!

This little Gold Swan Letter Holder from Antiquaria, would be super sweet for its intended purpose, but would it not also be darling as a napkin holder? I want it all up in my kitchen!
Farmhouse Feast Flatware Caddy - Silver, Rustic, Daytime Party
I've been dreaming of getting some new flatware, but haven't had any luck finding the perfect set yet. That said, when I find it, I want to put it in this super cute Farmhouse Feast Caddy from ModCloth!

Well, guys, if you never hear from me again it's because I died over how cute this place setting from Antiquaria is! Seriously, I cannot get over how expertly they paired all these pretty pieces to make one gorgeous mix-and-match place setting!

Well, that's my wishlist for the week. What are you wishing for?

Til next time!

Weekly Wishlist: Kitchen Edition!

1. Tin Ceiling Tiles: Home Depot; 2. Stanley Thermos Flask: West Elm; 3. Ceramic Ice Cream Cone: Anthropologie; 4. Mini Ceramic Bowls: Anthropologie; 5. End Grain Cutting Board: Crate and Barrel; 6. New York Times Crossword Container: ModCloth

Well guys, this week I've got my kitchen on my mind. The space I live in has a nice bright and airy kitchen, so I love adding things that play that up.

I love the idea of adding wallpaper to my kitchen, but since I love how bright it is I would be interested in adding texture and pattern more than color. I've been obsessed with tin ceilings for years and think it would be lovely to use the tiles as panelling on the walls. Especially when it's a super cute pattern like this one.

Admittedly, I'm not a big drinker, but I love this flask so much I'd consider getting it just to carry around good maple syrup or something in case any emergency breakfast situations arose!

Also? Ceramic ice cream cone? Be still my gluten free heart! Sometimes you just don't want to have to use a spoon when you eat ice cream, am I right?

This set of ceramic bowls would make prep work in the kitchen breezy and beautiful. I used to always think it was crazy to pre-measure everything into little bowls like they do on cooking shows (so many extra dishes!), but once I started cooking more and making things like curry and pickles, I realized exactly how much time, energy, and stress it saved.

I've been using crummy IKEA cutting boards for ages, and they work just fine, but now that I'm doing more food photography I'd love to have a beautiful wood piece like this to work with.

Last, but not least, this adorable New York Times crossword puzzle jar. I can just picture myself doing a crossword at the kitchen table and drinking tea lightly sweetened with some sugar from my crossword puzzle jar! So fun!

What are you wishing for this week?

Til next time!
